A new brand, TÉ.ORI, has emerged from the birthplace of silk weaving
TÉ.ORI brings exquisite creations woven with highly skilled techniques and originality to our modern lives. TÉ.ORI was born from the meeting of passionate craftsmen from Tango and world-renowned textile designers. A new brand that shines with the craftsmanship and individuality of the Tango region.
Established since the 1950s, Yasuda Orimono specializes in Karami-ori weaving, a highly traditional, see-through style known for its gaze-like woven fabrics. The Ro and Sha textiles, traditionally used during the summer, are delicately translucent and achieve their soft, gentle texture by incorporating cotton into the weft yarn.
Original Patterns Enhance Yasuda Orimono's Weaving Skills and Beauty
The warp and weft yarns are uniquely intertwined to create a distinct texture and volume. Silk is exclusively used for the warp yarns, adding to the beauty, space, and transparency of the fabric.
This scarf is woven with patterns and colours by the French textile designer Mathilde Brégeon, with a translucent effect created through the intertwining weave.
Combining strength and beauty, this entwined-weave stole offers both breathability and warmth, making it a stole you'll always want to have by your side.
With just one stole, a variety of looks can be enjoyed, making it a versatile and valuable accessory suitable for any style.
